The person responsible for processing the personal data collected will hereinafter be referred to as “Célia Kessiri”.

1.2.2 – Why do we collect your personal data?

Data collected via the website (contact form for making an appointment, newsletter registration, social network contact, account creation) will only be used for commercial purposes with the explicit agreement of the owner of this information. For example: agreement to the GCU when requesting contact.

By filling in the contact form, you agree to your data being stored and used by the data controller in the context of our collaboration. Your data will be kept for up to three years after the end of our collaboration. It will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. You can ask for your data to be deleted or modified at any time by writing to contact@chplanner.ch.

1. The contact form

We use a contact form on our website.

In this form, you must give us your name, e-mail address, telephone number and the possibility of making an appointment or requesting any information you need.

This form is used so that you can make an appointment for a demonstration of our solution and, during this appointment, discuss your needs.

We use cookies on our website for statistical and performance analysis purposes. We want to know the number of visitors, the type of visitor, the time spent on the website, the number of pages consulted and the performance of the various pages. The purpose of these cookies is to help us provide you with the best possible experience on our website.

Consent: you agree to the processing of your personal data by means of express consent (e.g. checkbox at the bottom of the contact form, acceptance of cookies via the cookies banner). You may withdraw this consent at any time.

Celia Kessiri has an interest in processing your data that is justified, balanced and does not infringe your privacy. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time by notifying contact@chplanner.ch.

Data collected with the explicit agreement of the owner will be deleted after 24 months if no commercial contact has been maintained with the owner.

1.2.5 – Who will receive my data?

Only Célia Kessiri will receive your data. No data is transferred to third parties.

How can I assert my rights regarding the use of my personal data?

Consent to the use of personal data must be explicit, otherwise Célia Kessiri undertakes not to use such data.

Any individual has the right to request from the data controller access to personal data, the rectification or erasure thereof, or a restriction on the processing relating to the data subject, or the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability and to withdraw consent.

Concerning the contact form, by using this contact form, you agree that Célia Kessiri may contact you for commercial purposes.

Célia Kessiri undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a period that should not exceed 1 month from the date of receipt of your request.

If you consider that Célia Kessiri is not complying with its obligations with regard to your personal information, you will be within your rights to lodge a complaint or request with the competent authority, namely the FDPIC.
